Eloise is an experienced primary care Practice Manager and Project Manager with twenty years in General Practice management roles and resilience support for practices. With extensive general practice experience and a BA Hons in Health Studies and an MSc in Management Eloise has a proven track record of delivering practice management and resilience support to practices.
Eloise is experienced in working alongside GP practice partners, a range of clinical and non clinical practice staff, Integrated Care Board and federation colleagues.
Eloise is passionate about the practice management profession and supporting those working in it. She has a particular interest in improving access to services and providing mentoring to new and mid-career Practice Managers.
Paul Poynter

Paul is an experienced IT professional and project manager having supported a range of businesses for a number of years with high quality technical services.
Paul has worked in primary care technical and digital support, innovation and transformation for more than fifteen years. Paul has previously worked for EMIS, Clinical Commissioning Groups (as they were) and has supported GP Practices and Primary Care Networks through a number of projects.
Paul is……registered and is currently Chief Technical Officer for Digital First, an innovative digital health company.
